HOW IT WORKS

Strategic AI Coaching is a standing monthly cadence with a senior practitioner, for executives and leads who want fluency rather than dependency. AI keeps forcing decisions on leadership — which vendor, which hire, which initiative to fund, which to stop — and most leaders are making them with less context than they would like.

Leadership Coaching runs as regular one-to-one or small-group sessions. Each session works on the decisions in front of you: we bring the practitioner's view of what is real and what is hype, you bring the context of your business, and the work is turning that into a call you can defend. Between sessions you have someone to send the vendor pitch or the board question to.

The aim is fluency: after a few months, leaders should be able to evaluate an AI proposal, ask the questions that expose whether it is a demo or a system, and set expectations for their teams without needing us in the room. Coaching is often the companion to a Strategy engagement, and it is a good first step for leaders who are not yet ready to commit to one.
